When you can get a refund

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items that arrive damaged, faulty, incomplete or different from what you ordered are always refunded or replaced in full, including any return costs.

How to request one

Email averonza20@gmail.com with your order number and, if the item is faulty, a short photo or video. We reply within 24–48 hours with the next step.

Processing time

Once your request is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method.

Funds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank in the United States. Crypto payments are refunded in the same asset at the value received.
