Free shipping

Shipping to the United States is free on every order — the delivery cost is already included in the product price, so there is nothing extra at checkout.

Import duties are already covered for orders shipped to the United States — you never pay anything on delivery.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery to the United States is 7–15 business days after dispatch.

As soon as your parcel ships you receive an email with the tracking number, and you can follow it from the Track order page.

Addresses and delays

Please double-check your address at checkout — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has left the warehouse.

Carrier delays, customs checks and weather events can occasionally extend delivery times. If your order is significantly late, contact us and we will resolve it.
